Nordens Ark is a wild life park run by a non-profit organisation, working to strengthen the population of at-risk species. Wintertime is the best time för a visit, not so crowded and many of the animals love the snow.

A visit to Nordens Ark comes highly recommended. Just be aware of the fact that sightings of the animals isn't guaranteed, almost all of the animals have areas where they can get privacy.
